'Energy Blue' theme for Windows XP

Since posting screens of my desktop on digg I've recieved quite a few emails from digg users regarding my WinXP theme. The theme is called 'Energy Blue' and was originally released for Windows Media Center Edition. It is not a WindowBlinds skin or anything third party. Enjoy!
