Yes, online. Enter a few lines of Basic code, hit "Run" and actually see the results in a web page. Even the "Input" keyword works! The site includes a complete reference and has some example code.
I think this is useful for programming apprentices. And if you already know how to program, this is fun to fiddle with. Take a look.
