Cheap Power/Gaming PCs!?

Ok i found this website a couple of weeks ago and thought it was too good to be true. PCI express PCs with Intel Pentium 4 HT or better yet AMD 64 for $500-$700??!! Looked around internet for reviews of their service and everything seems legit. If someone has bought from this website, please feel free to comment on their service.
